Steve Lattmann moved to Florida and Sarasota County in 1969. As an Architect, he became involved in the development business in 1973 and as president of the Ramar Group was involved in the design and building of thousands of homes in the area in communities such as The Landings, Siesta Dunes, Pelican Cove, Castel Del Mare, Village Brooke, Bird Bay and Sandpiper Key. As the original manager of The Plantation Golf & Country Club he has been the steward of this community since its inception in 1980. Today, he remains involved on a daily basis in the design, building and management of The Plantations last neighborhood, St. Andrews East. In addition to his development experience, he had also earned the reputation of one of the area’s leading custom home builders.
Partners Ray Joelson, Roger Beacom and Jim Connelly have all been residents of the Venice area for over 30 years. They have been involved in the ownership and management of corporations throughout the state of Florida that manufactured construction related products. In addition, they have been land owners along with the Brady family and developed the Venice Center PUD which includes the Venice Health Park and the now completed Waterside Village. Jim Connelly oversees many aspects of the company’s operation with primary focus on its financial stability and security. His wife Debbie manages the development office as well as overseeing all property management.
The Brady family, Robert, Pam (Sullivan) and Richard have lived in the area for their entire life and have been involved in the family business since childhood. Their father, “Red” Brady, had begun the family construction business in the 1950’s and they have built and developed homes and neighborhoods throughout Sarasota County over the past 6 decades. Richard is involved in the development company on a daily basis as one of the builders and also as the real estate broker. The family remains committed to the legacy of their father by continuing to maintain their fine reputation through the building of quality homes.
